Can I really get a bin today?+
Yes — if you book by 11 AM, same-day delivery is standard, not an upgrade. After 11 AM we aim for next-day. Dispatch confirms a 2-hour delivery window by text as soon as you're on the route.
What size do I actually need?+
Short answer: 10 yd for a single room, 20 yd for a whole house, 30 yd for a jobsite. Longer answer: call us with a couple of photos and we'll tell you. We've been wrong fewer times than we can count on two hands.
Is the price really flat?+
Yes. The price you see at checkout includes delivery, 7-day rental, pickup, disposal up to the bin's included weight, and HST. The only way it changes is if you overload past the weight allowance — and we'll call you first, not surprise-invoice you.
Will it wreck my driveway?+
Our drivers place boards under the bin on request at no charge. In 30 years we've kept more driveways intact than we've dented. If you're worried, just ask when you book.
What can't I put in the bin?+
No hazardous waste, tires, propane tanks, or wet paint. Everything else — drywall, wood, shingles, concrete, yard waste, furniture — fair game. When in doubt, ask.
How long can I keep it?+
Standard rental is 7 days. Need longer? Call — we'll extend it for a small daily rate. No contracts, no penalties.
